1. Organizing and conducting faculty development programs such as induction training for new faculty, workshops on curriculum design, pedagogical best practices, research methodologies, and leadership development catering specifically to engineering education.
2. Collaborating with academic and industry experts to develop relevant content, identify faculty needs, facilitate technology-enabled teaching, and promote research and consultancy activities that enhance both faculty and student outcomes.
3. Coordinating with institutional governance to allocate funds, evaluate the impact of faculty development efforts, create institutional policies that incentivize teaching innovation and research, and maintain linkages with national and international faculty development initiatives.
